Cust: Here is the details about one of our servers
Me: *thinks* is that a screenshot of the help->about screen? I DON'T THINK SO!! How difficult is it to understand that I want a screenshot of the help->about screen????!!!!!

What you have to relize is the avarage intellegents of these people is less then the avarge shoe size of these people

People are stupid. No if, ands, or buts about it. About the only thing you can do is remember that you're smarter than all of them put together (the people that call you, not people in general, that would just be wierd) and take it out at larp. Weapons are a good thing :D
