Aug. 9th, 2006 11:38 pmHaving followed a link from
cheekychipmunk to the BBC website, I now find myself sitting there finding out what sort of a sleep person I am - a lark apparently because I keep on getting up early, even if it's the weekend - and almost taking their memory test. I love these things. I don't know why, but if I give myself half a chance, I'll end up taking loads of tests to find out what I am, sort of a voyage of self-discovery. These things tell you what you already know, or at least, they should do because they are trying to tell you about you. If they tell you something completely left-field (oh dear, I appear to be going American) then either you are suppressing something about yourself or the test is massively flawed in some way.
Apparently, my brain is neither male nor female. It's slap bang in the middle of both. What does that tell me about myself? well, bugger all really. Apparently, I don't like putting flat-pack things together or playing with gadgets too much.
*looks at computer desk which originally came in a flat pack*
*looks at other things in house that were flat-packed*
Yeah, right. And gadgets? Gimme gimme gimme!
Ah well, there has to be some flaw in these tests. I suppose telling me that my brain is completely normal just wouldn't be interesting would it!
