Sometimes I despair with our customers. We ask them for replication steps. On this occasion, what I have got back is steps to show what the results of the issue are rather than steps that cause the issue to occur.......

What's even better is that the replication instructions they give me are specific to their user, to their database, and to their accounts. They don't actually tell me what the user is though........
