There aren't really any words to describe how I feel about this. Those who know me know that I can take Character Death really badly, especially if it's one of my favourite characters. This wasn't any exception. I managed to hold it in, just, when my body was lying on the ship during the fighting, with people popping in and out because they didn't believe what they had heard, and![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
doribore being near me most of the time, but once I went back to my tent to drop kit off, I just sat down on the floor, and had a bizarre funk. The rest of the weekend has transmuted into a bunch of hazy memories in my head. Plot happened, and I know I enjoyed it. The event was great fun, with the exception of Saturday afternoon/evening when I tried in vain to play a Pack Storm Wolfen. At the time, I used the excuse that the roleplaying of talking to people was getting on my nerves too much. Looking back, it was the extreme loneliness of knowing no-one. Once I changed tack and went back to a pen cethren human (who could then have an excuse to know a couple of people) things got going again. Behind the cut are my memories of the event, mostly to do with Wolfgang, a couple to do with Tyler, and one to do with StormFury. I want to hold onto these. Before I cut - The event was one of the most magical, fun, enthralling and consuming events that I have ever been to.

Now I have Tyler to play with. He turns out to be Castlemaine for the LT, so I'm sorry, but you've got the Australian accent again. Personally, I blame Aunty Jane because she suggested the name, and from then on in, I couldn't help but say it with the Australian twang. I need to work him out a bit more, and it may turn out that my initial idea of a scouty incantor may change somewhat as I found myself organising the healing station whilst the healers healed, but we shall see.
