(no subject)

Huzzah! I'm a Champion of Mauritania! Go me, or rather, go Wolfgang! Go stupid suicide mission to fetch Whitman, Riktor, and our visitor from the Gryfins... Gryphins... Gryphns.... how do you spell it? Anyway, they got kidnapped by Tainted, and so a group of 12 of us went to get them. We got them, although Riktor was dead before we could get to him unfortunately. But still, there were about 15 tainted there all told, and boy, am I glad that I had the amulet and the cup! They were the only things that kept me alive! :-) It was great fun. Rest of the event was a complete blast too. Lots of chances to be able to protect Simal, but also a perfect way of being forced away from her to keep her safe from Sharle and his floating swords. Doug and Rob (ok, so Rob will never read this, but I'm going to say it anyway) - You were fantastic. Wolfgang isn't scared yet, but you have him very concerned.

And back to work we go (having spent most of last week at home playing World of Warcraft! :-) ) and I arrive on the early shift, knowing that three people are away so there is only going to be a maximum of 4 of us in today. I'm on the early shift this week. Two of the others think they are on the late shift, and the other one is currently M.I.T - Missing in Transit. So, three and a quarter hours in, and I'm still the only support analyst in the building! Go me. I'm supporting 75 of the worlds top 100 banks ON MY OWN!!!
