1. What do you do for a living?
Support Analyst for a Software Company.

2. What do you like most about your job?
Investigating and Resolving issues for the customers.

3. What do you like least about your job?
Not being able to solve and fix every problem that comes my way.

4. When you have a bad day at work it's usually because _____...
Someone has been expecting far too much from me, or has been taking out their failings on me.

5. What other career(s) are you interested in?
Archaeology. I would love to be involved in a Time Team style environment. I don't know why, I just would, and it appeals to me in a really cool way.
